About Tehcsauce Global Summit

Techsauce Global Summit is one of the biggest Tech conferences in South East Asia with the aim of strengthening the region’s technology ecosystem as well as pushing Thailand forward to become one of Asean’s technological hubs. It is the epicentre for global leaders in technology, startups, corporations, investors and venture capitals to collaborate while networking to improve the Tech industry.

2017 was the first year we went global which saw over 5,000 attendees through our doors, with an array of multi-national tech startups, international investors, corporate initiatives and industry expert speakers. And we expect to have 20,000 attendees from more than 40 countries joining us this year.


-Partnerships Coordinator will work under direction of Head of Partnerships

-Identify and contact partners (both local and abroad)

-Prepare proposals, contracts and letters of agreement

- Sponsorship's Fulfillment: create and manage checklist for each agreement, update Sponsor Sheet and other tracking documents, ensure timely and comprehensive fulfillment of all negotiated sponsor benefits, draft recap/fulfillment reports

-Branding Collateral: work with event team to ensure proper sponsor recognition and tie-ins, proof drafts of marketing materials

Department Liaison: Interface with Event team for sponsorship needs and benefits fulfillment

-Organise and recheck all information received before hand over to relevant team.

-Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Skills, qualities and experience needed 

-Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred

-Minimum 1-year experience working

-Computer literate and technologically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

-Strong project management, customer service and relationship building skills

-Strict attention to detail

-Resilient, flexible and willing to support.

-Fluent language skills in both English and Thai

*You'll generally work normal office hours in the lead up to an event, but may need to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends, closer to the event.
